Campaign Overview

The Goli Nutrition May TikTok Shop / Partner Program Reward Campaign is a special promotional event for our brand affiliates to boost sales specifically through TikTok Shop / Partner program during the month of May 2025. Participants can earn special rewards based on their performance.

Eligibility

  • Have a valid TikTok Shop affiliate account
  • Be part of our discord community: https://www.goli.com/discord
  • Adhere to these campaign-specific terms and conditions

Important campaign Terms

  • Campaign Period: May 1, 2025 - May 31, 2025 (11:59 PM PST)
  • This campaign is exclusively for TikTok Shop sales and Partner Program.
  • Multiple Accounts Rule: All GMV across multiple accounts are combined so long as all accounts are owned and operated by a single creator.
  • One-Tier: Prizes are awarded ONLY for the tier you finish in at the end of the month.
  • Final Determination: Goli Nutrition has sole discretion to determine final sales figures and tier placements.

Campaign Rules

  • All sales must be generated through your unique TikTok Shop affiliate account(s) or Partner program account.
  • Returns, refunded and canceled orders will be deducted from your total sales volume.
  • Sales must be for Goli Nutrition products only.
  • All content must comply with TikTok's community guidelines and FTC disclosure requirements.
  • Artificial inflation of sales through self-purchases or fraudulent means is prohibited.
  • Reward tier is determined by final sales at the conclusion of the campaign period.

Payment Terms

  • Commissions for videos will be paid within the TikTok platform.
  • Reward distribution will occur within 15 days after the campaign ends.
  • All participants must have valid payment information.
  • Tax responsibility: All taxes associated with commissions, rewards, or prize earnings are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

Content Guidelines

  • Use only approved product claims and information, see Goli.com for approved claims.
  • Do not make medical, disease or false claims about Goli Nutrition products.

Termination or Modification

Goli Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time if circumstances require. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email / our discord channel.
