Bio

My name is Tia-Clair Toomey & I am an Australian athlete that has professionally competed in Crossfit, Weightlifting & Bobsleigh on the world stage. I don't just strive to be the most dominant athlete of all time, but I have set out to inspire the younger generation and showcase that you can chase after your dreams, no matter how big they are.

Tia mastered the art of a simple daily wellness routine that works for her and she sticks to it because she enjoys it.

She kickstarts her morning with a good, healthy breakfast to help set the tone for the day. But her special trick is having a second nutritious breakfast post-workout which is often accompanied by her favorite Goli® ACV Gummies, so she can get some of her essential B Vitamins in!

During season, in Tia's case, her afternoon movement often consists of heavy lifting. However, incorporating movement into your routine can be as simple as a walk around the block. Anything to get those steps up!

Protein is at the core of Tia's dinner recipes. Whether it's salmon, red meat, white meat, or tofu, she ensures she gets a good quality source of protein.
